CNCA and CNAS have never issued any type of qualification certificate to any accreditation consulting and accreditation training institution! According to the principle of international open national treatment: the signatories of ILAC-MRA/APAC International and the multilateral mutual recognition agreement of Asia-Pacific Accreditation Organization shall not have discriminatory restrictions on accreditation services. CNAS has also released all contracted training institutions.
The filing of ISO9001/14001 and other system certification consulting institutions (not belonging to accreditation consulting) has been delegated to the technical supervision bureaus of various provinces and cities for their own management. If the so-called Class A or Class B consulting certificate is provided, it is system certification consultation, rather than technical consultation accredited by laboratories and inspection institutions (ISO15189, 17020, 17025, 17034, 17043 only. Laboratories and inspection institutions are requested to pay attention to the distinction to avoid wasting time and money.
